By placing an order with Toasty Type you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
Deposit & Payment
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required prior to any design work commencing. The balance of payment is due once the client has approved final proofs, and prior to sending to print. Bank transfers are the preferred payment method, but alternative methods of payment are available on request. Our BACS details will be provided on all invoices.
Cancellations, Refunds & Replacements
In the event of an order being cancelled by you, Toasty Type will not refund any money once design work has started. Printing will commence once final approval has been given by the client – that’s you! If you have any issues regarding the quality of the print, or any missing items, please contact Toasty Type within 5 days and we will immediately seek to rectify if necessary.
You will be provided with a first draft design, and two sets of changes are included in the price quoted. Any additional changes made outwith this will be subject to additional hourly costs.
Digital proofs will be sent via email in a PDF format throughout the design process. It is the responsibility of the client to check all proofs are accurate before signing off the design for print. So please check carefully for any errors with spelling or grammar, and also make sure the correct information– such as dates, times, names are correct. The client must sign off the final design by email confirming they have checked the proofs and are happy for it to go to print.
Due to the bespoke nature of the design work, no refunds will be given if any errors have been identified after a proof has been signed off and sent to print. Any reprints will incur additional costs. Please note that your screen colour can differ when printed and although colours are matched as best as possible sometimes there are slight differences. Any changes required to the wording must sent by email and a new proof will be sent to be signed off prior to printing.
Toasty Type maintains the copyright for all design work, and it cannot be reproduced or copied in any way without written permission. Legal action will be taken if this occurs.
All of our orders are sent either via courier or Royal Mail, and are fully tracked and insured. We are not responsible for any duty costs, delays, damages or loss caused by the carrier. If you require international shipping please get in touch to discuss.
We reserve the right to use and share all of our designs for marketing purposes on social media, our website, in print, and at shows and exhibitions. Sensitive personal information, such as addresses will not be shown.
